return from San Diego
I'm back in Tempe now. San Diego was quite fun, Pete from Aquanaut Drinks Coffee and Pine Wyatt took me out on the town for some good times. During the evening we were spotted by Tim and Jeff of Temper Tantrum fame who were also in San Diego just for the weekend. Normal. I also got to hang out with Greg while I was there, which was very very nice.

All this week, day and night, Reubens Accomplice is recording and writing new songs; our drummer John has flown in from Brooklyn for the occasion. It's been quite a while since we've played together... it's quite fun.

leaving ohio
Well, it's time to head back west. I got up at 2am phoenix time and arrive at 10:45. I then have two meetings and a bunch of other work to do all day, with a show at the Paper Heart tonight with The Threads. Appropriate.

I'm telling you there is a guy who parks his Delorean on the Southside of Camelback Road, between Rubicon and 56th street, with a for sale sign in it every winter. Check it out. I'm sure no one has bought that piece of junk. Sometimes, on Sunny Days, he shows it off by opening the wing like doors and he airs it out.
