The Threads are playing at the Paper Heart tonight. "Go."

the bus
I have only ridden the bus once in Phoenix, and that was in 8th grade. I tried to get from Paradise Valley mall to my parents house and ended up at the central downtown Phoenix station, from where I called my parents to pick me up.
My van is not really running anymore (no brakes or acceleration), so the bus is starting to look very attractive. The mystique and allure of this untapped resource is giving me a new outlook on life. The idea of public transport in the Phoenix metro has always seemed like a joke to me, but something has changed that makes me want to master it, tame it, make it my own. The bus!
Now I just need a place to go. Any suggestions? There's a bus stop right outside my house that goes straight to metrocenter, but I don't think I want to go there.(8) comments [+/-] show/hide the comments

The website is actually really cool. ValleyMetro.com. It will tell you exactly which bus to catch to get somewhere at a given time. I have ridden the bus when my car is being repaired...
What the hell was the name of that movie that you were telling me I have to see about the guys inside the thing, trying to deal with the thing, not really knowing they are inside the thing, and then dealing with thing?

non-exciting changes at ironlemon
The server on which ironlemon resides is going through some changes which require me to redo some stuff. So... you might see some broken stuff in the next couple weeks.
Not that there is anything exciting on here anyway. ironlemon is so boring! Maybe having to mess around with it during this server switch will inpire me to do something.
Any requests? I want to redo the Aquanaut Drinks Coffee site so it's a little more of a "band" website... don't worry, Larry's blog won't be going anywhere.

the birthday of seth ellis
Seth's 30th birthday is on Friday, and there is a public roasting of him being held on that very evening in Brooklyn. I will not be attending, but I promised I would try to gather up some interesting anecdotes, stories and jokes concerning Seth for the Roast. Post comments please.
