Happy Burpday! Wii-fi

Happy Anniversary! Ryan Kennedy Fans Unite!

I thought this was the unofficial Kenny-G website....damn!

i feel like this year's world of concrete coverage was a little weak.

Does anyone else think that giving five needs a revival? i'm not talking about high fives or that closed fisted what not that you might see katie couric doing now. I am talking about the truest form of giving you five. Nothing above the nipple and no fancy top gun moves. Besides those involved with organized sporting teams, who out there has given or recieved five?

I think that is a great idea. Forget "pounds" and all that shit, just a good ol' fashioned five.

Revive the 5!

am i to late to say....who cares? I mean ryan kennedy, isn't he like carrot top in a sand storm? you know he is half vegetable. wait, this isn't the steven wright website! damn those passwords never work.

World of Concrete 2007 - Day 2

The second day of the show was morosely similar to the first, except that the potential customers were much smaller in stature and seemed to have little knowledge of the inner workings of the human brain. Who's to blame? I don't know!

World of Concrete 2007 - Day 1

The conference begun as I suspected: Brave colors greeted mechanical smells to form swirls of confidence and comfort, garnished with a seething antipathy. Our solid team took little guff from them - we are the veterans and nobles. The house is well furnished with steam and language, no complaints there, but the alternating power flow is unable to handle this wooden computer.

No camera on this trip. You will just have to believe.

the mid january news

Well... last weekend was quite fun. I recorded Fish Tacos (featuring Pete from Aquanaut Drinks Coffee and Pine Wyatt) at Gutter Cat Studios, and they played a wonderful set at the Yucca Tap Room with the Threads.

I also did a little bass work at Mr. Krassner's studio for an upcoming Bevel record. Good stuff, I like it a lot. I'll let you know when it's out.

Reubens Accomplice has reached some important milestones in the recording process. Stay tuned for more information.

I'm starting into the second song in my new ragtime piano project, "Elite Syncopations". That's the name of the song, not the project. Only 14 or so more to go!

The World of Concrete is next week! Help!

important

I just saw Stephen Malkmus play a show with the Jicks. I liked it. It's nice to see a someone play a decent sized show without taking themselves way too seriously. Congratulations Steven on a fine performance.

hello

Yes, I'm alive, just electronically anti-social.

There is a Threads show at the Yucca Tap Room on January 13th, a Saturday night. You should go. Pete's new band "Fish Tacos" will be performing, as well as Fatigo and Hiller. Fish Tacos is going to record some tracks at Gutter Cat Studios next weekend as well.

Both the Threads and Reubens Accomplice are busy in recording land, as has been the case for quite a while now. I promise that there will be at least two wonderful albums coming out for you this year.

I'm recording some upright bass for the new William record. I'll fill you in on that some more in the near future.

The World of Concrete is coming up again in a couple weeks, and I'm going for sure. Trouble.
